2yAs someone who has worked in the HR function of ACST for over a decade, I haven't seen a leadership team more dedicated to employees than at ACST. Granted, I haven't worked everywhere, but I've worked at my fair share of companies. I've stayed at ACST for so long because of the leadership and because the leaders truly let HR serve the employees. Are the leaders at ACST perfect? Absolutely not, but they are one of the few leadership teams I've come across that understand there is always an opportunity to get better. Thank you for your feedback.
