Pros

Great coworkers and the new work from home thing is great

Cons

Average pay with minimum raises. Easy to get capped at top amount. Scared to try to grow with the company because those groups above seem to get restructured a lot after purchasing more companies.

Good People. Questionable Management decision making

Pros

Great people. Family atmosphere. Opportunities to move to different groups.

Cons

Too many agile ceremonies and meetings. More and more oversees contractors took the fun out of working there. Management isn't technical and many decisions are questionable.

Pros

I enjoyed working here for about 6 years. Good friends and good times. We helped alot of ministries. I wish I was strong enough to stay. In most of my time there, it was a good company!

Cons

It started to change fast for me last year. It became all about what the new president thinks now. No team really. The only question was is if he will like it or not. I just had to leave because my heart was pounding out of my chest everyday in worry about losing my job or being treated bad. He likes some people and doesn’t like most others. If he doesn’t like you then you better watch out. I didn’t want what happened to others to happen to me. We were all in defense mode, even my manager couldn’t protect us. I should have been stronger I guess but I didn’t want to be next on the bad list so I left. I don’t think people should have to fight for their jobs because of one new person’s opinion who doesn’t even know you. Managers should be trusted to know their people the best. Personally I just couldn’t stomach the new ways the company was being run. My health needed to come first.
