      Pros

      The executive team really cares about the company. Engineering team is great and very forward thinking. The company is cutting edge when it comes to digitizing the wholesale market.

      Cons

      There are so many different silos within the organization that it's sometimes hard to figure out who to go to in order do get anything done. The company cares about wholesale growth, but you can easily exhaust a market when there are no buyers in that market.
