Outstanding team of employees. The company is growing faster than expected. Plenty of opportunities for advancement. Management team is very skilled and treat the employees like people with all the necessary support to succeed!

Cons

Haven't found any!! Worked for many companies and I will say even being a startup company they are doing it right!

Growth atmosphere allows for movement into different departments, a lot of fun people work here, and the company has a culture that sets people up to succeed if they want to.

Cons

Typical bumps and pivots of an early stage company, stable culture but changes happens quickly.

Straight forward, easy to do job with fair pay and an opportunity to work at a growing startup.

Cons

Need to be flexible with changes that are constantly taking place. Not much room for growth as an employee. As a CR writer you have a repetitive job task and it will require a lot of driving.
