Pros

Startup culture, relaxed shared workspace, always changing, and the executive team works alongside you. I was nervous at first joining a fledgling company but it has been well worth it.

Cons

None so far! However so if my pros could easily be another persons cons. The culture is very relaxed, so someone who likes more structure and less change may not enjoy this. One day you may be working at one desk, the desk day you’re on another floor.

Pros

Uncapped opportunity. Ability to effective change and contribute to the bottom line. Pressure and stress to deliver big results in a marketplace that didn't exist before us(this is good pressure and stress) Leadership team sits out with everyone. No offices for leadership team. A real feeling of working as a united team. New employees starting every week. I get to work with really smart people everyday. Has a decent benefit plan for the size and year of company. Has 401(k) in place. Stock options are granted to all employees! Competitive salaries. Free parking downtown!

Cons

Communication across all teams can get blurry at time, but it is recognized and continually improvements are being evaluated and rolled out. Benefit plans are OK, but know future plan will be more competitive based on company size. Would love to see a 401(k) match. Do not have our own office space yet, but know that is in the works and we will have one by next year. Have to deal with current annoyances of being in a shared space, which is manageable.
