Any pro that used to come with this job is quickly disappearing

Cons

Employees are no longer viewed by management as assets and partners but rather a liability. The company is using any means necessary to belittle and inform employees that you are expendable and could be fired at a moments notice while they are hiring additional employees in the same territory you work in. It is a very toxic culture created from the top with nepotism and unqualified individuals trying to cover up their incompetence by passing the blame down to lower levels.

If you are the type of person that can complete basic administrative tasks barely competently but keep a low profile the titles department is for you. You can take advantage of a poorly managed department, and collect a paycheck. If you are interested in doing a good job and growing with a company as reward for your efforts, go somewhere else. Unless you are related to the manager.

Management that can take a simple straightforward task, and make it awful.

The founder of this company will be its downfall. From the offensive and tone deaf emails to his egotistical personality, he’s not the “nice guy” he pretends to be. Employees are worked to the bone with no reward or appreciation.
