      Pros

      Not anymore... I used to love my job there until management became a total joke & drama & favoritism began.

      Cons

      Where to begin?! Worked there for 10 years and moved up quickly & was let go day before having a baby during a pandemic! Also, they chose who stayed by favoritism & let go of others as well....HORRIBLE!!!

      Pros

      Good front-line and dedicated office staff. Lack of respect and value towards people missing from senior leaders towards employees. Empty promises and titles more important than people.

      Cons

      Senior leaders do not walk the talk, lie, and make promises they do not keep. Only some lives matter and the company lacks purpose and direction. People are considered an expense with profit, margins the primary focus daily. They lack the understanding and principles of what the company should be about and always sacrifice people over money. They runin too many lives.
