Pros

it's a place where you can find enjoyment. If you like moving at a fast pace and getting the job done, it's a reward in it's self. Meeting new people

Cons

Managers, Supervisor, HR and all those in higher positions are very dishonest. They have coworkers do there dirty work and then lie about. The have a blind eye on policy when it comes to the employee they like or know, but when they see you are your own person and won't kiss up they will use it against you to get rid of you. They say if you see something, say something and use that against you. They get away discrimination, harassment and retaliation. I had a manager watched me, stalked me and harass me for 6 months knowingmy husband worked there with me. I call Kar ethics 2 times and finally reporting to HR 4 days later we were terminated for policy violation.

Lack of Diversity, Inclusion and Equity. In the year of 2020 they just now recognized the need to change this. SAD! It seems the CEO has a great vision for the company but somehow the leadership team doesn't seem to share the same vision they definitely don't encourage it nor practice the values of the company. They refuse to let go of the known poor managers. Because of this they loose talented employees. No one is held accountable for creating toxic and chaotic business units. YOU HAVE TOO Many BAD Managers! They have created in most areas terrible work environments where great employees just give up and leave. Or they stay with hopes things will get better and you have unhappy, low morale staff. How many surveys do you need to tell you there are problems that need immediate attention?
