It's only been one year since Adela took over and so far it seems like the opportunity is great.

Cons

Haven't been in the Adela family quite long enough and having just gone thru the switch our it's hard to say.

Pros

Off weekends Relaxed environment Sale day is fast-paced and interesting I would recommend to a friend if they really needed a job.

Cons

The office environment is very clique-ey and some of the people are racist and prejudiced and don’t try to hide it. When brought to HRs attention, it was played down and swept under the carpet. I worked in 3 departments while there and all three were mind-numbingly boring with sale day being the only interesting day. Some of the dealers are nice and kind, but others are rude and offensive. The pay isn’t awful but it could be higher.

Management is inept in every location this company has. Workload is heavy but the do not want to compensate.
