Top level management in the person of Jim Hallett and a few others have quite good at establishing a strong financial company. Mr. Hallett's values are quote commendable,

Cons

The values of high level management do not filter down to the next level of management. There is obvious racism and discrimination against women. I hope that high level management will make themselves aware of these issues.

Set hours, Monday to friday

Cons

Not appreciated, over worked and under paid. Management is only about them and will throw you under the bus to fill their pockets No room to advance. Even if you're qualified for another position within the company, your manager has the last say whether you get the job or not. If your manager doesn't want to replace you... you don't get the job!

Pros

schedule, only worked 7-4. if you worked a Saturday, it was usually only until noon but Saturdays were only worked when there was a lot of snow to catch up

Cons

unreliable employees, turnover, pay was not based on merit/performance and raises were pretty much non-existent.
