      Pros

      Lots of movement turns into opportunities to advance. Benefits decent pay, 401k, vacation days, and your are always busy which makes the day go by fast.

      Cons

      Cut throat environment, brown nose to move up does not matter your experience. Overworked, when you work well you have to do everyone else's job too. Feel like management is always in power match. Managers are buddy-buddy. Management can be condescending. Cut everyone's hours expecting more for less so they can make budget and get their bonus at the end of the year.
