Pros

Fun work environment - fast pace - unique office environment - decent health, dental and life insurance. Good hours and decent compensation

Cons

Multiple channels and programs, that don't integrate info between each other, to get a single job done. Can get busy to the point of office wide insanity. Management is extremely "buddy-buddy."

Pros

Good company overall, good culture.

Cons

My sales role was not clearly defined. The expectations of the job did not mesh with my skill set.

Pros

-Consistent hours -Lots of nice people

Cons

-The training, for the most part, is a joke. You're shown how to do things vaguely - once or twice - and expected to know what you're doing. No one is really a designated trainer here either, which has made asking questions extremely difficult. -It's nearly impossible to get people to help you because they're busy with their own customers most of the time. You're looked down upon if you don't understand something right away and it shows. - I've been expected and told to do a plethora of different things without training, therefore I won't really know what I'm doing about 70% of the time. This simply isn't fair. Shadowing and thoroughly teaching a new employee should be a standard practice within any company. -Lastly, I've had days where I wasn't given a break. When there are busy days, sometimes I'll be there for 8-9 hours without any break whatsoever. I remember asking for a break one day (45 minutes before my shift was supposed to end), and was strongly discouraged from taking it since "no one else has really gotten one either today".
