Such an amazing place to work. Plenty of room for growth and excellent management in Mesa. They treat you like adults and give you room to succeed and fail.

Pros

Good benefit package, including PTO, medical, dental, life insurance. Relaxed work environment and you can dress business casual with many "jean" days.

Cons

Internal pay increases are a joke. In most cases pay is well below the national average. They will not negotiate an internal employees salary or pay increase regardless of added responsibilities or promotions. In many instance pay increases cannot be decided at the local level, many of the increases must be approved by the COO. The corporate office is very controlling and hands on- this goes well beyond the support role and is very discouraging to local management.
