      Better benefits compared to other companies

      Cons

      Most positions are filled with a family member or friend prior to posting online. Can be contacted for multiple interviews only because the company is required to interview multiple candidates. Pay is below market levels. Must speak only with supervisor about openings. If connect with any other manager, internal trouble arises.

      Pros

      Good supervisors, Great paid time off. Good benefits with 401k match.

      Cons

      I drove a 4 car rollback. Was a great truck when I started but was not properly maintained. After 4 years it was in terrible shape with 400,000 miles (750 f750) Due to safety issues I finally had to insist on truck being put back to safety status. Corporate decided to go only with outside vendors and did away with my job position.
