paid time off Mon - Fri work schedule

Cons

No room to advance Commission/Bonus system for sales is a joke. Everyone made it out to sound like we would make money. Company set unrealistic sales goals -- don't hit them don't get paid.

Pros

Great company to work for. Got a chance to start up in the Las Vegas Area. Everything was so new. Sales day was chaotic. Excellent benefits. Paid time off. On-site restaurant.

Cons

Commissions didn't pay too well back then. The chaos of dealing with clients on Sale Day was overwhelming. Trying to make everyone happy was a daily challenge.
