Flexible hours and ability to work at home. Management doesn't constantly look over your shoulder and micro manage. Business is very stable so there is good job security

Cons

There are regularly scheduled performance reviews but it doesn't seem to have any impact on compensation/promotions. Lack of advancement opportunities or scheduled wage increases
