      Pros

      The manager and VP for the department were great to work for. Company culture was great and senior management was very approachable.

      Cons

      Pay was well below market value and there did not seem to be a desire to decrease turnover and increase salaries.

      Pros

      Jim Hallett, CEO of KAR Auctions is extremely accessible and understands what it is like to climb up the ladder. Stephane is also awesome although we don't hear a lot about him. There are many events and community involvement opportunities Benefits are OK Pay is OK Most of the management are generally decent people

      Cons

      Benefits and pay are OK. Not great, amazing, or out of this world awesome. I'd like to have slightly better insurance. Temperature control is bi-polar (you can have fans though :). I know it's not very efficient but cubicles are way nicer than open desk seating. I have lots of materials I need to stick up and refer to mid-call.

      face paced, dynamic, great customers

      Cons

      Adesa will always change your pay, make goals so high you end up working for your small salary. No integrity in their system, its all what you negotiate for all policies, procedures, pay territories even individual customers. If it benefits Adesa to make a customer a house account they will take it away from the sales person and tell you to go grow your territory.
