Pros

Pro: We were given a ton of Apple products - most of which either didn't work or were useless in the field - so I had Apple TV in my bedroom until I finally quit. The job itself, the management team and the product were atrocious. There were no pros.

Cons

Cons: 1. "Directors" are a joke. No ride-alongs, ZERO training, you're on your own. Even if someone does respond to an email or VM, nobody knows the answer. 2. The product is FREE. "Sales" just kept extending trial periods, presumably hoping for someone to make an enhancement that was worth more than $0.00. 3. Exclusively Apple, but we didn't even get Microsoft Office. And we used GMAIL as our business email server. Um, Outlook anyone? 4. Canadian and U.S. tension. Why? They knew what they were doing, our management could barely recite the alphabet.

Free covered parking and work life balance other than that, leaving

Totally dysfunctional. High turnover. Always talk of RIF's. Complete lack of team work.
