      We receive monthly bonuses for reaching goals.

      Cons

      We are required to make a certain amount of calls per day and perform other job-related functions per week. Some territories are small and don't have enough people to call to reach those goals.

      Some of the employees are pleasant Some of the employee perks are nice Not a lot of pros to speak of

      Lack of knowledge in management roles. Lack of skills in management roles. Salary is well below market analysis for a lot of positions. Lack of common politeness amongst some of the management staff and employees. Culture leaves much to be desired.
