      Remarkable company for a large corporation

      Pros

      Great diversity, both racially and sexual orientation. Good recognition and advancement of talent, generally strong middle and upper management. Likes honesty, which is refreshing, but not aggression.

      Cons

      Grown fast, so some parts of the organization are struggling to keep up. On the business sifde, there is a strong "car culture." Less so on IT side.

      Pros

      Most coworkers are nice. Management needs lots of work to be helpful to employees.

      Cons

      Hand drying hundreds of cars a week, in all kinds of weather. NO CONCERN for employees conditions!!!
