No accommodations on the lot during dangerous weather conditions. No signs on one lane, two way drives. No water provided during the summer during excruciating heat. Poor management of lot. Toxic work environment, culture, and rapport amoung staff. Do not provide benefits for full time adesa employees. Allow people to smoke in the bays and near entrances and in cars that do not belong to them

The work-load is heavy because many of the people left due to previous bad management. Though the issue has gotten better, due to new management, they are still 'in the process' of hiring. This has made it so that many people wear multiple hats and have a full workload. The work life balance is not even a consideration. You are expected to go above and beyond and that is the least you could do.
