      You will get paid fairly - Low - mid 20's /hour for easy jobs. The work isn't very hard but can be monotonous and also can be a pain depending on weather conditions.

      Cons

      Impossible standards. They want you to do the work of 6 people by yourself. They will not help you. Micromanaging and toxic work environment.Prepare to be a supervisor of no one if you accept this position. This truly seems to be a position the management keeps rehiring for just to have someone to fire when the goals cannot be met. This role is a buffer to keep the higher management from taking responsibility for their failures.
