Cons

Management are snakes, petty sad miserable women who have sat in the same seat for years and years, they feel attacked if anyone shows any chance of being better than them in any way

Hard work, long hours, little pay, yearly bonus is cents, GM can care less what is going on he's just there to collect a check.
