Cons

No contact with manager over the past 2 + years. Failure to do performance reviews, meetings with staff, and would not approve any training request.

The food. And snacks are great.

Cons

They don’t train you and if you don’t get it by a certain point they fire you and blame you for skipping work like the did me.
