no pros here at this place

if you work in some departments they will send you home early and you loose pay and its not a very fun place to work, the people are not very friendly . on fridays they close at 12 and some departments 1, so you have to leave at that time, and you never get a full 40 hr workweek, which affects your paycheck. alot of the customers are really rude. this was the worst job i ever had, they let me go because of lack of hours, not enough work for me to do. this is sad for a company with such a big name. i was just about to be hired on from an agency and after 5 months they let me go because of not enough work for me to do. what a shame. be aware if you work here you may be sent home early and loose money. on wedsedays though you have to be there an hour early and do alot of other peoples work be prepared for that. no water is provided for employees either, which alot of companies do provide that. NO GROWTH here. a girl i know worked here for 4 years and only got a 50 cent raise from $11 to $11.50. sad after 4 years.

Pros

I can't think of any pros--I hated every minute I worked there.

Cons

They are technologically about 15-20 years behind Manheim (their largest competitor) and they don't care. I was a Sales Manager there and my desktop computer still had a 3 and a 1/2 inch floppy drive THAT STILL WORKED! You will receive 50 emails a day, but your drive has no room, so have to delete 50 emails a day<--this is a royal pain! They still use Blackberrys!!! And the managers DO NOT CARE if technology is hindering your performance! On my first day I was handed a Gateway notebook from about the year 2000. I gave it back to them and said, "I'll just use my own." I was laughing so hard when I walked away. And training? The training program is a pat on the back and a, "Go git 'em tiger!" I kid you not, that IS your training! Empty promises! They will promise you the world to recruit you and maybe deliver on about 10%. When confronted about the promises the reply is, "Ah, we can't do that anymore." This place is a joke! Manheim absolutely NOTHING to worry about.
