Great vacation time and coworkers.

Cons

Management makes it very clear every day they do not care about you. No matter how hard you work or how much you do for the company they will never acknowledge it and definitely will not reward it. Company will use and abuse you.

Pros

Flexible, laid back environment, fun up beat, has great benefits, opportunities for advancement

Cons

They do not give you a raise. (a small 3% or less cost of living raise.. and that is it) .. because if you get a raise well then that affects the managers nice bonus that they all get each year
