Variety of work allows you to learn different types of work.

Cons

Its like being in high school again and depending on what circle you are in determines whether you have to do your job properly and follow the rules.

Pros

Good employees, you deal with a lot nice cars sometimes anda lot of times s lot of junk cars. Nice on summer days and a early tan from the blacktop

Cons

Never encouragement, 2% raise if that. The company won't give bonus for outside great i.e... rain gear, snow jackets snow boots. Never any hazard pay for seasonal issues like hurricanes or flooding
