Great relationship with coworkers. Some departments have a "family" like atmosphere

That cooperate goes to one extreme to another when it comes to bonus and commissions. One moment they give a compensation plan with the potential to make money then they decide to take it away. Then they give you another plan is suppose to be good but commission is literally cut in half. With Adesa paying our department a low hourly wage, we depend heavily on the bonus/commission to pay bills. They also promised to give us raise when our job title changed. Corporate stated that our position was being underpaid according to a nationwide level. When it came time for the raise to come into effect, corporate decided that they did not have to the pay increase and gave no reason behind it other than they did not have to do it.

Had good pay and good benefits, opportunity to move up is there but only so high without college degree. I was replaced for the job I had been doing for 2 years by a man with a college degree.
