Typically 8-5, possible work/life balance w good benefits

Cons

It’s not what you know it’s who you know....new management in Sacramento has really changed the culture. Clearly the management brought in knew the right people to get where they are. Not the best qualified at all, not engaged w customers and employee moral is at an all time low.

Ethics hotline is a joke

I know people who have called the ethics hotline and nothing changed management is very unprofessional they will dissolve one job title,fire or should I say layoff someone they dislike and move people they like into those positions so no one gets the opportunity to apply for new jobs..I have seen it many many times. No job posting the next thing you know a new person or should I say someone’s cousin,sister,mom, whatever has that job. Pay is awful as compared to other auctions and there are rarely any raises I got one once it was a ten cent raise. The company continues to acquire more and more companies and yet they forget the frontline employees who work hourly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The sexual harassment is the worst I have ever seen. Managers continue to get away with it. It can be pretty sick to watch. So many women have quit after being harassed they are tooo afraid to speak out.
