Business Outlook
Pros
The people are phenomenal. They are really what make the job.
Cons
The company is quite stuck in the past (although I will say they are trying to catch up!). Timelines and release deadlines are always tight and have very little flexibility. As a result we end up building lots of tech debt. The product we want to be able to put out is not often the one we end up putting out as a result of always trying to get SOMETHING released instead of making sure we release something good and fully functional.
