Pros

Some incentives like $15 cuts to a sale, ice cream and snacks distributed once in a blue moon

Cons

Little pay compared to the stress. Being the punching bag for ADP. Riddled with errors on a daily basis on the technical side. Expensive Medical if you want Kaiser.
