good salary.good benefits. nice welcome package.

weak management in certain BUs. politics that makes ADPone of the most toxic work places i've ever seen. mo transportation and lack of flexibility. i had a manager who made us feel guilty for having 2 days work from home. career growth is limited. managers who are far away from the product knowledge that makes it even harder to advance in any area. in certain BUs as i said.
