Great people for fostering professional relationships. People are almost always willing to help. Work life balance is a huge plus depending on the Department you work in. End of year is very busy and long hours. They do foster lots of training for your career development and diversity. Lots of round tables and town halls. Opportunity for associate feedback.

Cons

Slow moving ship with regards to technology and entrenched old school ideology. Some Delivery Managers need training on how to be a good leader. Difficult to move up as the company is large and there’s the good old network.

No work-life balance unless the manager people focused

Cons

Salary was sub-par, work not evenly distributed, no training or client support. The PMs are the lifeline for the clients and the business but the company does not provide support for new products, sales team over- sells and the morale is low.

Great benefits and salary was good.

Cons

Absolutely ZERO support! I asked for any kind of training several times and no one would help. I left a great job just to be let go after two months. All Project Managers were remote and there was nobody to help or train me. My manager was never around and was irritated if I had questions or asked for help.
