Pros

New leadership understands challenges with current client dissatisfaction and enployee morale and are working hard to get in front of it. Work from home once a week and more if needed. Starbucks in the building.

Cons

Location is far outside the city, can't work from home as much as expected, insurance premiums and deductibles are REALLY high, company structure changing, future and overall picture isn't really clear.

Great leaders and mentors Virtual Positions Flexibility for work / life balance Fair compensation Great benefit package

Cons

Constant change in direction. It can go from wonderful to awful and then back to wonderful all in a year. After awhile you get tired or riding the roller coaster and wondering when it will be your turn for workforce reduction. First 8 years I was there were pretty awesome with a few bumps in the road here or there...last year drove away a very loyal, dedicated top performer.

Pros

Loved working for ADP. I was there 15 years when our division was spun off. Great leadership, benefits and drive to do what was best for the customer.

Cons

No real flexible work hour options, and they didn't really have many part time opportunities for those looking to dial back your work hours. Compensation was on the low side, but lots of additional perks.
