Slow to affect change of internal processes. Huge company can cater to complacency and bureaucratic processes.

Large company with many business units offers many opportunities, good benefits and a positive culture.

Cons

Organization is transforming as the business environment changes. Stability and job retention isn't what it used to be. As with any large company, there are good and bad areas to work.
