Pros

-IMPECCABLE SALES TRAINING, the training you will get at ADP is some of the best sales training you will ever get in your career -Referring partners, not all cold calls -AMAZING people -Good work environment -Base pay + uncapped commission and bonuses -Promotions are all based on sales metrics not politics, so easier to move up in the company -Work life balance (at least for me personally) has been fantastic -You learn a lot about things like taxes and other things that they SHOULD teach you in college

Cons

-Let’s face it, this is a sales job there is bound to be stress about hitting monthly quotas from managers, THEY HAVE QUOTAS TOO -Meetings that are a waste of time -Pressure to hit numbers that cause stress outside of work -Unattainable quotas the higher you go -Pressure from internal partners to send them leads and do their work when you don’t have the time to do your own job -THE UNIT TRACKER IS ANNOYING

Pros

They provide you with decent training and are understanding of shortcomings while you are learning.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement, non-competitive salary and they expect you to pay out of pocket for a lot of expenses that should be covered by the company.
