      Good leadership and work-life balance, but pressure on KPIs

      Work life balance Overall good frontline leadership team Company Brand Potential to make decent money Tools, training and resources

      Cons

      Somewhat unattainable Pclubs and quotas after you’re ramped up. Negative audits Sometimes annoying pressure to hit daily KPIs like dials and emails even if you are well above quota Lots of sketchy/unethical sellers that get rewarded and never punished Disconnect between senior leadership and sellers. Our “all hands calls” feel like the hunger games with senior leadership talking about how great they are while ignoring real issues.
