Cons

Somewhat unattainable Pclubs and quotas after you’re ramped up. Negative audits Sometimes annoying pressure to hit daily KPIs like dials and emails even if you are well above quota Lots of sketchy/unethical sellers that get rewarded and never punished Disconnect between senior leadership and sellers. Our “all hands calls” feel like the hunger games with senior leadership talking about how great they are while ignoring real issues.

Great company, tough quotas

Pros

Great benefits, amazing people that are like one family, great incentives and nice presidents club trip and super starts trip. A great way to network with others. Lots of fun exercises for trainings.

Cons

Quotas that are unfairly high with unreasonable expectations. Some shady people writing shady insurance policies. Depending on if you drink the "leadership water" you will get promoted otherwise, no advancement.
