ADP reviews

Not great base or commission pay for the amount of work we do. Management and fellow employees can be unprofessional and feels like a high school environment often. They also work on a hybrid model which I think should be changed especially when we can do the same work at home. They argue that being in office is better but don't offer any incentives to make people want to go to the office. They also will hire people without degrees and then fire/let go of people with degrees who have been working with them for years.
