Salary is low for tenured associates while the new associates receive higher compensation

Absolutely embarrassing and abysmal pay for the amount of work that they make field sales go through. You won’t sleep at night thinking about your next deal, because your base is quite literally below the poverty line. The company has created an environment where sales people do shady/desperate things because they need to get paid. You will hear horror stories about new district managers or “associate district managers” literally skipping meals etc because they aren’t paid enough. And don’t bother airing out your issues to management because they do retaliate. The company will also comment on these posts saying to “report the behavior” and honestly what’s the point, your managers will force you to quit. Your personal life and time will not be respected, you will be told to spend your own money on items for prospects. It’s becoming completely backwards here. Until they pay people what they’re worth, this place isn’t worth it. Make sure you’re on lexapro before you start.
