People, culture, training, longevity, can be your first and last job

Cons

Pay is not good. In the over 10 years I worked there, I only made 9 dollars more than when I started. Don’t think you’ll be promoted unless you live in NJ or FL

Pros

Get compensated for your performance. If you put the work in and are motivated by results or money, you will be happy! The culture and career development opportunity is great.

Cons

In sales, there is some internal competition over accounts. There are rules for engagement, but not everything ends up going your way. If you are diligent in your account coverage, there will be more wins than losses.
