Fast pace, great sales training, uncapped $$ but HIGH turnover

Pros

Only in office on Fridays (SBS division). Pay is ok, you can have uncapped once you are there for a few years it gets pretty high. Benefits are ok I guess, it's a big company to have on your resume.

Cons

When I was there, it was toxic. A lot of turnover, a lot of "grey area" selling. Account ownership is an issue sometimes, and many territory's are 50 - 80 miles away from home so a lot of driving. It's a decently cut throat sales environment.
