      Pros

      The culture is amazing. Time off policies are good. when it comes to compensation, pays very less.

      Cons

      even if you work for 12 hours a day, you don't get benefit from the company. Compensation is very very bad.

      - Two different managers can bring some stress to people - ADP Brazil is a whole different organization from ADP US so different policies apply. - Hard to get promoted or to get a raise

      high expectations and growing expectations bonus will be given which is 12% of ctc only if you stay for one complete cycle, leaving in between means zero bonus
