      Can't figure out what they want to do

      Pros

      You'll get the chance to work on a lot of cool bleeding edge technologies.

      Cons

      You won't get any funding for any real training, so none of those bleeding edge technologies have been implemented to their fullest potential. Don't expect even average pay for your title. You work for management so they can get their bonuses. You will get nothing for extra effort. Be prepared to sink time into learning new technologies on your own time and migrate to something different within 1 year.
