      Many in management don't care about the environment or their workers, just their numbers Micromanaged until you can't even use the rest room Payment system is extremely unfair Paid for Performance Guidelines often unobtainable through fair and ethical practices

      Generally nice people, clean office and company vans. Paid training and located near the Richmond area. uniform PROVIDED, SALES BONUS ARE BIG EARLY ON.

      Cons

      Some Managers are reckless . Strictly a sales game door to door. Long hours like any sales job and working nights in strange neighborhoods.
