commision based and sometimes you get tired of reporting to lame unprepared managers. the facilty is nothing to marvel at

Cons

no support from management, treat employee's as disposable. No training in product or internal proceedures. Your on your own with no recognition for a job well done but plenty of criticism for anything wrong.
