      Pros

      Customers are not as terrible as others say they are. Other coworkers are helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      Management not at all supportive. Did not feel safe or comfortable with the Team Manager. Corporate job so they only care about money and numbers, they do not care about their workers and customers. Unreasonable expectations. No work life balance.
