Pros

It is a remote job.

Cons

The worst job I had repeated hemorrhagic cysts due to constantly being yelled by customers and only having 2 mins to close out job open a new job review it before being in trouble, they tell customers they will send a tech onsite but they don’t want techs to go out anymore so we get penalized, so when we call for their appointment they are mad that it’s a virtual either they don’t want to do it or most don’t even know how to open a text and we have to teach them how to program something when they don’t even know how to put speaker on their phone they expect us to finish trouble shooting with in 20 mins, I literally had organs rupture inside me few months ago due to stress of this job I almost died, I have high blood pressure by age of 26 and anxiety that got so bad I take 4 pills a day to try to get through the day im 28 now, We only get 30 mins a month to use the restroom. Was hired 3 years ago new hires start off at 20 while im still making 18
