work culture is Good(In terms of flexibility of timings) Good projects but not good work for Indian Teams Uses latest technologies but limited scope to Indian teams(MOSAIC -CP)

Cons

Biased Environment No Architect for India Teams(Mosaic-cp) No growth in terms of carrier development No HR Team (available only while joining ) No proper infrastructure Will face issue with cafeteria (will not available breakfast,lunch,dinner) , You wont get nearby office too Not looks like IT environment

I have worked for a couple of years in Adtran in India. It has a great work culture and decent pay. The health and other benefits are Ok. The type of work is good and relaxing. Peaceful company to settle.

Cons

No Stock options. Work is more of a relaxing kind.
