Pros

Flexible timings and very good health insurance policy. Will have nice explosure to new trending technologies. Good place to learn things.

Cons

Many are there, firstly Indian development team is running completely on politics bases, have to be good with leads rather than working harder or smarter to sustain in adtran India. Increments are not yet all good.

Some of the teams are working on cutting edge technologies Good work environment and friendly people

Some of the teams are totally lost. The features that they have developed were either scrapped mid way or were never release Compensation is not uniform across teams. The new employees are paid more than the existing ones Unfriendly and inefficient HR. they are least bothered about employees concerns Canteen facilites are bad
